AURORA, IN (FOX19)- Police in Dearborn County are investigating the death of a woman found in her home on April 5.
Neighbors found the body of Leigh Jennings, 67, in her Aurora home on Aspen Drive. Jennings worked at Jim Young's Barber Shop in Florence.
Police say an autopsy was performed on Friday, April 6. They preliminary results suggest homicide as the manner of death. The actual cause of death is not yet being released. It may be several weeks before the complete autopsy results will be available.
The Indiana State Police, Dearborn County Sheriff's Office and the Aurora Police Department continue to follow all leads and investigate this case. Anyone with any information is asked to call ISP detective Tracy Rohlfing at (812) 926-1101 or (812) 689-5000.
